Check-out time is 10. A.M.
Office Hours: 7.30 A.M. to 9 P.M.
Quiet Time: 10 P.M. to 8 A.M.
Visitors are welcome but must leave by quiet time.
House Maid Service: provided up until 12 P.M. Stay-over
guests are requested to vacate their rooms prior to 11am
if the room is to be serviced each day of their stay, otherwise
the room will not be serviced.
Payment Methods: Cash, EFTPOS, Master Card, Visa, Bankcard
, Diners and American Express. Sorry…. NO CHEQUES
Reservations Policy
All guests must be registered at check-in.
UN-REGISTERED GUESTS IN A ROOM: An additional charge of
$25.00 per night, per person plus GST will automatically
be charged to the credit card of the registered guest named
on the registration card.
No more than 4 Adults, or alternatively, 2 Adults and 3
children per room.
Registered Guest must be 18 or older.
Cancellation Policy
14-Day Cancellation Policy. Any reservation can be
cancelled within 14 days of arrival. 30-Day Cancellation
Policy applies during Special Events & Holiday
Weekends.
A $10.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations
made more than 14 days or 30 days for Special Events & Holiday
Weekends of the check-in date.
A Cancellation fee of 25% of the total stay will be charged
for all cancellation made less than 14 days or 30 days
for Special Events and Holiday Weekends of the check-in
date.
All Deposits are Non-Refundable.
No Refunds for Early Departures.
Pets
Pets are NOT ALLOWED at all within the Motel.
